Paul Richardson was previously a Partner and Head of Commercial at Dreweatt Neate and prior to that a Partner with a specialist commercial practice in Reading. Paul qualified in 1987, and has acted on behalf of corporates through to individuals in all aspects, but principally Agency Acquisition and Disposal, Lease renewal and rent review as well as Business Rating.

With 20 years experience throughout Thames Valley, Richardson Commercial is able to offer hands on advice, from principal to client.

Paul Enters, the former Senior Partner of Ansells has been advising clients in the West Berkshire area for over 30 years and there are not many properties in Newbury with which he has not been involved over that period of time.

He has also had experience of the Oxford and Reading markets and can therefore advise on commercial properties throughout the Thames Valley.
