Broadway Freehold sold

Acting jointly with Pennicot Surveyors, Richardson Commercial have sold the freehold of 14 The Broadway Newbury to private investors.

With the upper floors producing an income in the region of £25,000 per annum the ground floor was recently granted planning consent for a change of use to A2, Financial and Professional Services.

Paul Richardson, who handled the sale commented "Originally instructed to let the ground floor it was clear that the serious interest was in purchasing the freehold. We worked with our client and joint agent to achieve a sale at a level which was acceptable to everyone"
