8,700 sq ft offices coming to the market

Richardson Commercial have been appointed joint agents with Aston Rose on Rothwell House, an 8,700 sq ft 3 storey detached office building situated in Pembroke Road Newbury.

The building will be vacated during the summer and will be available for re letting after that time.
