Acting on behalf of SWIP, Richardson Commercial has let a further part of Unit D1 kennetside to Kosnic, who occupy the remiander of the property.
The building was originally marketed at a rent of £6.50 psf and Kosnic have taken a further 3,500 sq ft.
Also on behalf of SWIP Unit 14 Bone Lane has been let to KD Gymnastics. KD offer gymnastics classes to youngsters in and around the Newbury area and are a registered Charity. Unit 14 is 7,000 sq ft approximately and again rents in the order of £6.50 were originally quoted..
